Where customers can track their orders?

You can track your order by using the Your Order Has Shipped Confirmation Email. If you have not received an email one of two things has occurred: you did not use your email during checkout or your order has not yet shipped. 

 

How to take care of products received? 

When caring for paper products, please do not keep them in a moist place or around liquid. We do not replace damaged orders due to liquid spills. 

 

How long does it take to ship products?

Our shipping currently takes 1 - 3 weeks. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

 

How are shipping costs calculated?

Orders over $70 will have free shipping.

Orders under $70 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

 

Can I change my address after placing my order?

We do not manually input addresses. It Is the customer’s responsibility to verify the address is correct before placing the order.
